Definitely Rudy Guiliani.
On social issiues here is his stance.
He believes that a woman has a right to choose, although he opposes abortion. And he feels gay marriage is a union between a man and a woman although he supports state by state votes.
And he believes in gun control that arms should be registered with strict laws and restrictions.
Hes about as liberal as a conservative can get.
But on fical issues hes very much opposed to raising taxes. he thinks that low taxes is what kept our economy in tip top shape.
In fact he wants lower taxes.
He also believes in a very large military and a minimal role in govt affairs with private affairs. He doesnt support govt controlled corporations but rather things like social security and health care remain private issues.
so heres his stances:
-Pro Choice
-Gay Rights
-Gun Control
-Low Taxes
-Large Military
-Minimum Government
Hes a true fiscal conservative and a social liberal.
And some people say that Romney and Mccain are social liberals is absolutely false, the are blatently pro life, anti-gay marriage, and anti-gun control.
Good question, i gave you a star!
Clinton is most certainly not a fiscal conservative, she believes in universal health care which is government owned. she believes that tax increases in certain areas should be made in order to pay for other things.
Clinton is definitely not a fical conservative.

Right now, none of them are. But after the primary, Rudy G. would fit that description.
Remember, move to the right to win the primary and then move to the center to win the general election. Tap dance around; say different things to different voters.

You are on a different planet now. You must remember that: Republicans (as a rule) are not socially liberal. Think about it in terms of: Republicans, pro-life. Democrats, pro-choice. Republicans do not want stem cell research sponsored by the government, Democrats do. Who do you think is socially liberal?
