As far as I am concerned you are still a virgin.Whatever happened to you when you were little was not your choice.Losing your virginity is about more than just your hymen. It is about the first time you consent to sex because you want to.Maybe you are still too young?Wait till you have someone you love and trust,it can be really special.

Does it matter to you whether you are a virgin or not? You could ask your doctor to check that for you, if you want to find out if you are technically, physically a virgin.
Are you thinking about the possibility of having sex? Think about all the aspects of that and when you are at the doctor's, having your hymen checked (that is the evidence that you are a virgin, an intact hymen), ask the doctor about protection if you have the slightest intention or interest in starting to have sex. That will remove you from the group of teens who are always wondering, 'Am I pregnant?'
I think the doctor is going to tell you this about the hymen: it can be stretched through some athletic activities (for example) or even broken without sexual intercourse. So get a clear understanding of that. In other words, whatever happened to you when you were a little kid may or may not be the reason you are not 'technically a virgin.'

I was anally raped at age 11 but I do not consider that losing my virginity because I did not consent. I consider losing my virginity when I was 13 and consented to sex. Saint Augustine wrote "If no part of a womans mind consented to the act she is still pure".
So unless you consent to sexual activity as far as I am conserned you are still a virgin.

That depends on what act was commited. If there was pentration with a penis into the vagina, then unfortunaly, you are not a virgin. As hard as that sounds, you lost your virginity agaist your will. But if there was no penile pentration, then your virginity is still in tact.

So you depending on what happened, despends on if you are or not. If you are technically, NOT a virgin, it's alright. It was something done agaist your will but you will just have to move on. You can always get a "virgin baptism" if you feel unclean (seeing as it was not your fault..)

I would have to say yes, I was sexually abused (raped) this past august, but I feel that you are no longer a virgin, when you willingly give yourself to another person that you care about and they care about you, so yes you are a virgin, because the sexual acts (I'm sorry to hear about that, it's a hard thing to swallow) were not consenting... Best of luck sweetie.

You need to go to your doctor and have a full physical. Ask him or her to examine you. You need answers, let a professional tell you what is happening and has happened to your body, including any damage that may have occurred and what it means to you and your future. Your doctor may even recommend a support group, or therapist to talk to, which may be beneficial for you.

Physically, if your vagina was penetrated you are not a virgin, but in your heart and mind, you're a virgin if you care to think of yourself that way because you never consented to what was done to you.
