ok i play F.E.A.R multiplayer and i like to host servers. and when i host a server theres something called a NETWORK PORT. and it has numbers... im able to change the numbers but SHOULD I?

is there a certain number u have to use??? what does it mean?

I wouldn't. The ports are essentially "channels" that the data can travel through. For example, port 80 is HTTP traffic. Changing a port configuration is only necessarily is a network configuration requires it (some server software that uses a particular port that conflicks with your program).

If it works for you, don't change it.
