Try "Magic Carpet Ride" by the Mighty Dub Cats. That might be it? It's about ten years old, but it's a great track! ~Happy Listening!~

I know exactly what song you are talking about and I'm trying to find it.

It also has this weird kind of Latin sound in it and a frog making a "ribbit" sound, but it's not Axel F.
