Would you believe, I actually left the house with a towel still wrapped around my head? I did not even notice! While it is not what you asked, I had to say it. Man, I was so embarrassed. I was halfway to the shops when I realised! I acted as if nothing was wrong, and casually unwrapped the towel, folded it over my arm and put it in the nearest bin. I could have choked on embarrassment....

I always forget to wear a jacket, but even better than that, and so seriously, I freaking wore 2 different shoes to the store before. They were both flip flops, but not even the same color, or the same height, I was in such a hurry that I scrambled to put them on and didn't even realize the 1/2 inch difference in height, or bother to look at my feet! My mom noticed while we were shopping! How embarrassing!?

I've slipped on a pair of tacky shoes before, planning on changing into the right ones which i had left in the car and forgot and wore the stupid ones to work!

I once got dressed in the dark so i wouldn't wake up my roommate in college and walked to class wearing 2 different shoes!!!

i've started to walk out the door a couple times without my shoes. one time i forgot to change out of the shirt that i had worn to bed the night before.

No, but I left my friend's dorm room wasted and left my shoes in her room! LOL I didn't realize until the next day, but this was years ago.

I've forgotten my necklace, deodorant and my my phone at seperate times.
I felt like I was missing something without the necklace. I felt really stinky all day without my deodorant, and I felt naked without my phone.

Yeah my Gun belt a few times (had to turn around and go back home) cant work with out it, and deodorant once that really sucked.....
