Why do some women like being "harrassed" by their closest friends? like one of my friend's *** been grabbed by a friend of hers and she didn't mind. Some of the straight women (friends) even kiss each other in the lips especially. Are they trying to tease guys or something?

Sounds like your jealous, like your not getting any attention.
Anyway, my girl friends (yes I am straight) smack my butt all the time. But I take it as an endearment. We are close but that doesnt mean she wants me.
As for guy teasing, I know that me and my friend dance with each other in clubs to tease guys. Like we grab each others boobs and butts to get to their attention and it works everytime!

Not every woman has the same views of 'decency' or 'normalcy' as you. Some don't see any problem with acting like that.
