No. Paypal is a legitimate website that allows you to pay for things online by using your credit card or bank account. It doesn't cost you anything as a buyer to use Paypal, it costs the seller a little in order to be able to receive money via Paypal, but it is worth it for them because it opens up a whole slew of people who might otherwise not shop with them.

PayPal is great for eBay but is vulnerable to scam artists trying to get your info. The best advice for that is if you suspect fraud, they have a spoof@paypal.com email address you can forward suspected fraud to, and they'll email you back instantly if the email cam e from a different sight. NOTE, you have to use "FULL HEADERS" when forwarding. Good luck & hope that helps.

No, I have been using PayPal for years. Selling on eBay is a breeze. Now, from what I hear, Storm Pay is a differenct story
