mmmm...for you, I would go with a dark brown or even a black. And definitely a liquid formula. You have to learn how to apply liquid really well, and if you just can't do it, stick with pencils. I like liquid because you can either go dramatic or subtle. For applying liquid, prop you elbows on your vanity(or whatever table you are using) and hold wand(or brush) at an angle(down) and apply underneath lashes as close to lashes as you can get. Use a single, smooth line for best results. Good Luck! ( and if you can't do liquid, just do pencil..it still looks good.....)

I use kohl... it goes on much smoother and liquid eyeliner sometimes leaks into my eye if my hands are shaky... I would stay away from the liquids unless you are a pro at using it.

black becuase that always workds... if you are a beginner with eyeliner, then use a stick, but if you know how to apply it, then go for liquid. liquid has more options...

a dark purple would look good with your eyes, i assume. black is classic though

with any eyeliner, start out with a thin line near your lashes, then add more if you feel the need to. i dunno, practice [usually] makes perfect
