The fact that you are 13 accounts for many of your feelings. This is a common emotion of kids in your age group. Most of these feelings will simply pass as you get older. Just remember this, no one is perfect and you are only as good as you let yourself feel. Take a closer look at those people you compare yourself with unfavorably. Are they really as perfect as you think? Many of them probably have the same sort of disparaging feelings you have about themselves. In fact, it has been speculated that the so called "beautiful people" often have many more problems than "ordinary" people because much more is expected of them somehow. It's no accident that many of them wind up with failed relationships and tragic conclusions to their desperate lives.
To improve your self image, you could decide to get some more exercise. This will make you lose weight and thus have a positive affect on your self-image and self-esteem. Also, exercise actually does make one feel better, because it stimulates the release of endorphins, the so-called "high hormones," which give one a feeling of well being and confidence. Also, since you are in school, ask your counselor if they have school district therapists available to help kids with problems similar to yours. It wouldn't hurt and you have everything to gain. If nothing else, you will get a better handle on why you have the feelings you do and find a better way to deal with them.
Good luck and remember: You are an important and worthwhile individual!

But with schoool back and pressure i have gained 2 pounds already. DOnt beat urself up there are going to be ppl prettier and uglier than you i have learned that. But remember someone loves you, and you should love urself enough to know that u are beautiful no matter wut. Work out a little, eat a little less, and do something that makes you happy

If you compare yourself to others...you may become vain and bitter...
In all the past, present and future time of the universe, there will NEVER be another YOU.
Stop driving down the road paying attention to whats beside you...look AHEAD at the road, not for public validation.

Tell yourself that you are beautiful: inside and out. This is important b/c no one will see your beauty unless you can see it yourself and therefore radiate that positive energy. Emphasize the good things you like about yourself. Tell yourself things like, "I am smart, I have a good heart, I am really talented at XYZ, I love my smile, my hair, my nose, etc." When you emphasize the positive, you will begin to feel good about those things, and therefore your self esteem will eventually rise.
God Bless You!!!

Try to stop thinking about your looks so much. Get some dreams and try to make them real, your soul is much more important then your outside.

Get a great haircut, dress for your body not for the trends..classic looks that fit you, get a pair of great shoes. If you think you look great, you'll look great to others. Don't compare yourself to others..I'm sure they all look/dress the same.

I'll tell you something from a male point of view.
As long as the person is good and pure of heart, looks don't really matter.
