Laws won't shut myspace down, but lawsuits probably will.
More likely is that myspace will become a premium pay site with a free "lite" section.
As more and more cases of abuse come out, eventually myspace designers will be held partially accountable. Like it or not.

no. myspace is owned by multimillion dollar corporations. myspace is to valuable to be shutdown. also all those chain letter postings you see are fake and have been going around for years.
