In the original Transformers Movie, (1984?) Megatron killed Optimus Prime, literally. He did cheat, though.

I think that optimus prime and batman would win because optimus has a lot more kick-butt action than the joker and megatron plus batman has a super- bat cave with a computer that can help them outsmart the joker and megatron.
