Well if you began at school you could go to the school nurse and she should be able to give you a pad and explain some of the things to you. It could be your period, especially if your breasts are sore and you are feeling grouchy along with the stomach ache. I began a couple days before my 13 b-day and I didn't really know it until I went to pee and there was blood. I'm sure your dad knows more than you think he does, but I can understand it is still embarrassing. You still need to tell him though because he will need to buy you pads and other protection. If I were you the first place I would go is a school nurse or trusted female teacher to help me understand what is happening to my body and get advice and support...

hey dont worry! im 13 and i just got my period a few days ago. when i started i just told my mom rite away so u should do the same thing but tell ur dad. dont worry its a completely normal thing and there is nothing to be shy about. If ur scared that it will come in school, be prepared. Bring an extra pair of panties and a pad or tampon and keep them in your locker or bookbag.

Yea it certainly could be ur period but u shouldn't worry. If u live with ur dad and feel embarrassed talking to him about this then you should talk to the school nurse or call your mom. I'm sure that they will help you out and tell you what to do. Just don't worry to much.

Drink in a lot of water or taken in a lot of fluids. It could be because you are starting your period. Please don't hesitate to tell dad. I am sure he will understand. And most important - Don’t miss a meal during this time. If you do you are likely to have due muscle fatigue or dehydration. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

First off, I would go to the nurse maybe and she maybe could e-mail your dad so you won't need to tell him face to face. Or just write him a note saying you got it and that the next time you guys go to the grocery store, you'll just buy pads for yourself.
When I got mine, it waz on the day after Christmas. And I didn't tell my mom untill the 3rd one.

first of all, relax. you might not start your period for another few months. you can start getting these signs before actually getting your period. keep track of when you get these on a calender to see if there is a pattern. next, talk to a teacher, counsler, or nurse at school to talk about talking to your dad and being more comfortable with that. last of all, good luck, good luck, good luck w/EVERYTHING!!!
