I know it's not the power supply because I've opened it up and the LED inside the computer is coming on, It's also not any of the connections or the moniter. I'm guessing I got some sort of virus off of Limewire is there anything I can do?

Fans do come on however the LED on the powerswitch doesn't, I've tried different outlets, still didn't work. I've also plugged other things into the computer's current outlet and the still come on.

Ok, so will the power turn on? I mean when you hit power, do you hear the fans spin up and such?
If no, it is not a virus. There is no virus out there that can make a computer not power on.
Just because the LED on the motherboard is on, does not mean the power supply is not bad. That LED just means it is getting power, it doesn't tell you whether or not it is getting the correct voltage.
Does the unit power on?

You should probably try another power supply to see if it will start. I had a power supply go bad even though the LED still came on inside the computer. If it's not that, could be the power button.

Are you certain the power supply is working? If the fan starts that's a good indication it's working, if not, then you prolly have a fried power supply.
Many other components are required for the computer to POST. RAM, processor, and motherboard.
If any one of these is non operational then you can't even get get into the bios.

don;t entirely write off the power supply. For the pc, it creates power for different functions at the same second.Quiet down the room, hit the power switch. do you hear your hard drive start up?
does the monitor come on.?
does the green lights come on
