Its not right. It should be written "My friends have just arrived." though "friends've" does make sense in a weird way...Its not a word. You're not going to find it in the dictionary like you would the words "haven't", "won't", or "I've"

friends've is not correct english. You should avoid using contractions when writing all together. However if you are just takling to, say another friend, then it is fine

the contraction is right is just doenst sound right. I would suggest just using the words. my friends have just arrived sounds much better.

It is wrong. The apostrophe is used to replace ONE missing character. e.g. O in Has Not = Hasn't
Hioe this makes sense.

i think its alryt cos thats the way ad say it but most people wud ryt "my friends have just arrived" so thats why i think it looks a bit weird but it makes sense so its alryt...

What I think is is that there is no such thing as that contraction I believe that it should look like this:
My friends have just arrived.
