Everyone thinks of pretty differently. But Skin tones dont matter. Hair and eyes are important becuase your eyes stand out a lot. poeple look at your eyes alot and your hair is like right there... its hard not to notice. and some colors just dont go together so well lol.

Well, skin tone really does matter when speaking of makeup. But, no, most people don't really care, or just not know about it. They wear whatever, which is great, because they have enough self confidence to pull it off!

i don't think it is a matter of them caring or not...i think it is just that they see what they want to see in the mirror...Everyone has their own perception of what they believe looks "good" and what looks "bad".
