Try using waterproof eyeliner, it's made to stay on even in water...and it lasts ALL day long. I have trouble taking mine off when I TRY to wash it off. To keep your eyeshadow on dust some powder or foundation over the eye area, this will set the eyeshadow and make it last longer.
More expensive products last longer also.
Annnd. If your foundation feels like it's rubbing off during the day, its probably due to oil on your face. So use oil blotting papers such as Clean and Clear oil blotting papers. It'll keep your face make up feeling really nice and fresh.

nothing stays fresh all day.. in between classes go to the bathroom and re-apply it, or when ever you have a wee bit of time.
