No real connection although gays in general are careful about their appearance, clothing etc. Looks are something you inherit for the most part and probably have no bearing on your orientaion as there are cute people that are straight and gay and there are ugly ones that can be either.

I think a lot of gay men pay more attention to their looks than straight men. However, with the Metrosexual trend that is changing drastically.

im gonna say no.....ive seen plenty of fugly gay guys and plenty of hot straight guys and vice versa.....being gay doesnt mean you have style or you are good looking
my workout buddies are both straight and they have nice bodies and dress well and my best gay friend is the complete opposite
