downloading the sims?

i recently got a new computer and i wanted to play the sims on it. I already had the cds to download and play but i lost the case they came in. it says to enter the verification code of my game but that was on the case i lost. is there any way i can play or will i have to buy a new one?

Chance are you will have to buy a new one, unless you registered the game with EA then they may be able to help you out

you will have to obtain a new key from electronic arts. (www.ea.com)
