If Hillary were to win the nomination, do you think she would ask her husband to be the vice president?
It would not be unheard of. Former president Gerald Ford considered running for vice president with Ronald Reagan, after having already served as president.
Will she or won't she?

She won't. But thats a darn good idea. Then things would be twice as good. AND it's not like the guy above said. If something were to happen, he would become Prez again. There is no law that says after he has been out of office this long, he can't be prez again. You can only serve two terms in a row. As a matter of fact, if he wanted to, he could run again and if he did, he would wipe out all the other wanna be's.

Certainly Hillary Clinton could choose Bill Clinton as her running mate. The 22nd Amendment doesn't prohibit someone from being elected Vice-President, even if that person had twice been elected President. If Bill became President because of Hillary's death, he would have succeeded to the Presidency, he wouldn't have been elected, and succeeding to the Presidency is not prohibited by the 22nd Amendment. One problem Bill and Hillary would face is that if they were both residents of the same state, an elector in that state could only vote for one of them, pursuant to the 12th Amendment. With New York's large amount of electoral votes (I saw somewhere it was 31), they would be running a risk if they were both New York residents at the time of the election.

Bill Clinton can't be Vice President. Vice President is first in line for the presidency and he can't ever be the president again because he has served the maximum 2 terms allowed. This can never happen.

No, Bill already served two terms in office as president and should anything happen to Hillary, he wouldn't be able to take over.

It would be unheard of because it would be unconstitutional. The V.P. must be Constitutionally fit to hold the office of the President. Since he has 8 years already...he cannot be VP

She can't do that. He can't be in the line of succession for the Presidency per the Constitution. He's already served the time allowed in that capacity. But, she can make him an ambassador, and he'd be a fine one.

Even if she could she wouldn't, because he didn't choose her when he ran for president. She was, is, and ever will be, the woman scorned!
