No one owes you a living. In America you have the opportunity to make your own living, key word is OPPORTUNITY.
It is your responsibility to improve your skills, whatever they may be, to the point that you can afford the lifestyle you want. No one else should be forced to pay for your, or my, lifestyle....

The only thing the local/state/federal government owes us is all of OUR money that is being stolen in the form of taxes...
I.E.-Income, SS, Medicare/Aid, Property and such...

I believe you are talking about our US Government?
I would say no.....
They give everyone 7 years of free education and after that it is up to you on what you want to do with your life...
