No cause the hair is growing when u see the stubble and my husband keeps his off cause it starts 2 itch after a while.I think it makes a man look as if he's had a bad day or a rough night.etc.

Depends.
I have blonde-ish hair, so blonde/dark stubble doesn't have the same effect.

No, it feels like sandpaper when you kiss someone who's hasn't shaved. Think about what it'd be like to be on the receiving end.
