If its only because she's pregnant then MAYBE. Every case is different. If the love is there, then chances are not so high.

Count on it, since even when people are very much in-love, still, the relationship and the marriage will be full of challenges. In this case, the man has this sense of obligation, guilt, resentment and he feels trapped. I have known a few individuals in similar circumstances. And I offer a word of advice that never fails to be wrong yet:
When a woman gets knocked up to trap a guy to marry her, she and her child will fall in a very sad trap themselves.

There's no fast and hard rule here. Men don't cheat. A man cheats. An individual. It depends on the individual.

he may cheat on her if he wasn't the one who wanted to get married, he may feel trapped. if he isn't marrying her because he truly loves her he probably will cheat. a baby won't stop it.

no not just because he married his pregnant girlfriend if he loves her the baby just sped up thing if he is doing just for the child then it will not work

Not necessarily, however people should get married b/c they are in love, not b/c of a child.
