i live on 500 dollars .He pays the rent and what the kids need.He owns half of of a bussiness which he started in my basement.What can i do legally.

Not quite sure what you are asking---BUT sometimes you need a seperation just to figure things out. Maybe it will make u realizse how much you love him.
