I think I may have to challenge you for the Biggest Fan title. ive been a roger Daltrey/Who freak for almost 30 years. I have no idea how you can meet him, but if you figure it out let me know. What I do know is that The Who (well RD and PT) have just released a new album so a tour is likely. I have been to all of their "farewell" tours and would definitely be up for another!
BTW, even though he is old, RD is still HOT!!

OMG when you find out tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna meet him sooooooo much he's my actual idol!!! My mate who is 50 lol, got to meet him just on the street she was wearing an eye patch and he asked her about it and they shook hands I got soooo jelous!

go to the new Who concert that comes to your town. i saw them a few months back and they were great! i noticed some people were able to go talk them after the show! good luck :)
