A technical virgin is someone who has performed sex acts such as oral,fingering,touching etc.. but no penetration has happened. A virgin on the other hand has never been touched,has never performed a sex act and obviously no penetration has ever happened. There is also a born again virgin which is some one who is not a virgin but hasnt had sex in 10 yrs.

When someone says that a wrestling has technical ability, it means that they use more advanced types of grapples and submissions. a virgin is someone who has never had sex. a technical virgin is someone who has had sex but then stopped for a long period of time, or decided to become abstinent. it's like taking a brand new car for a test drive then parking it for a year so when the next person comes to drive it you can still say that it's "technically" new even though it has been driven before.

A virgin is Untouched in any way. A technical virgin could be done many things & still considered a virgin. As in oral,touching, anything other than intercouse.

In my opinion, I simply think that for soemone to say they are technically a virgin, they are not. Anyway, you either are on are not, which is it? No need to use fancy words.

my guess is that a technical virgin could be someone whos gay or lez and has sex with another member of the same sex. but since they havent had sex with a member of the opposite sex, theyre technically a virgin.

The only way I could think of a techinical virgin if she lost her virginity in a rape.
