Honey, you can really do anything but a lot of lifting and bouncing when you're pregnant. I was walking more than three miles a day, six days a week up until month six! Do some aerobics, do some walking. Keep yourself healthy!

stretch your arms out so that they are in this direction <----->and keep them at the height of your shoulders then move your arms in a circular motion. your muscles might be a little sore if you haven't exersized lately.

you can do arm lifts, and curls with canned goods in your pantry. arm cirlcles while you are sitting and watching tv. etc.

bicep/tricep workouts that dont affect abs (if strengthening your abs even harms your baby, idk, im still to young to be a father)
do curls. to make sure your abs arent being used: sit down and rest your elbow on something while doing curls.
but ask your doctor first

jus excercise there are alot of excercises u can do while ur pregnant....becuz im 6months and i excercise...jus try not to jump or run around alot
