I don't think ignoring always does the trick....I would never say to just punch someone.....but sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself....even if it's by just telling her get the F out of your face. I have no tolerence for people who just wanna be ***** or a bully....find her weak points...we all have one.....you might also consider she is prolly a miserable person herself if she feels the need to make someone else feel bad....so just don't let her make you unhappy...that's what bully's want....
also don't hold your feelings in about how it makes you feel...express it somehow even if it's in drawing, journaling whatever way you like to express.....if you feel like drawing her as a big dragon do it! put those emotions into something that makes you feel good about yourself.

Just ignore her, don't take her calls or hang out with her and she'll soon get the hint that she's not welcome around you. If it is someone you have to be around for work or a relative then have a word with her about it and tell her straight she is p*ssing you off and if she doesn't wise up she can get lost!

Be a mental ninja. Make her think that she is being immature and that you are far more intelligent. Make her want to spend her time elsewhere.

Ignore her....and stay out of her way, and dont waste your time on her. She will get the point that you dont care for her and just leave you alone. That would be called R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Thats what she will have for you if you just ignore her. Oh and dont talk about her that way she will really know you dont care about her.
