A paradigm is the "lenses" through which one sees the world, how one views through themselves, others, and the world through their own unique perspective. Everyone has a flawed paradigm because everyone warps reality to the way they want to see it to a certain extent. For instance, if a mother and son got into an argument, they would see the fight through their own paradigm (each would see themselves in the right) and not exactly how it happened. Even historians, who try to portray history in its true form through capturing the true facts and emotions of those people have warped paradigms of how the historical events unfolded. Thus, our paradigms are our versions of reality, and from that, we build up our moral values.

One whose paradigm has absolutely no bias and sees events as they really happen are the ones who grasp total reality, a state that is beyond most of us. Thus, our paradigms make us who we are and how others view us. If one see the world through a pessimistic paradigm, society will view that person as a pessimist. In short, our paradigms are the cause for the type of social interactionism from a small village to cities to countries. The cleaner our "lenses" are, the closer we will get to attaining total reality and the better we are at understanding others and the world around us.

Paradigm is the standard or template for something. Honestly I've only heard it used as a hollow buzzword. I would avoid it if you can.

When Microsoft releases a new version of Windows they might say something like "We have reached a new paradigm in desktop operating systems!". So they are claiming Windows is the standard to match everything else against (Macs, Linux, etc).

You could write something like this:

Social interaction is the source of all psychological problems and is therefore the paradigm of all human behavioral studies.

I do NOT think that statement is true (although it might be). I know nothing about psychology, etc.
