How do you tell a woman that she wears too much makeup?

If you don't want to tell her flat out maybe you could tell her how much you love natural beauty in a women. Tell her that you think women without make up or just a little make up are so attractive. That should give her the hint and she'll want to make you happy so she'll start wearing less and less, good luck.

Is she your girlfriend a friend or what? maybe try something like catching her when she comes out of the shower before she gets to put the make-up on or at night like when shes going ot bed after she has taken all the make-up off and then say something like wow you have very pretty skin and eyes...and just work yourself into that conversation and just tell her shes beautiful with all that make-up off...DO NOT have a friend do it for you ...shell be pissed and it will go into the whole truth thing like why didnt you tell me yourself..Blah blah blah so just be honest but not harsh honest where you ruin the relationship..HOPE THIS HELPS!! I know you have been getting alot of help on this, but the best advice is just to tell her that she is beutifull even without the make up or very little..if you tell her that, she will be sure to wear less make up around you and more when she is around her friends or co - workers. Um good question. I had a guy tell me that one time. He was nice about it, he said " I think your a very attractive girl, I just think you wear to much makeup, and I think you should let your true beauty shine. Im so happy he told me that, I feel sexier without it.

I would build it into a conversation, initially talk about make up, how others look in make up, maybe how professional models have their make up done, then say, you know , you're one of the few people i know that might look better without makeup.

just tell her i think you're very beautiful and u don't any makeup to make you more attractive.
OR~ if she's wearing too much blush or something, say to her: "omg, since when did you get that horrible rash on your cheeks!!" I'd stop wearing alot of makeup if someone told me that.
