I need eyeshadows, not too expensive but I would like for them to last hours everytime I wear some they are gone in one hour or is there a specific way to apply them?

Eyeshadows will last longer if you apply a little bit of concealer to the eyelid and let dry before applying the eyeshadow..

Or Mary Kay has a great Eye Primer that will keep eyeshadow on all day without creasing...

Eye primer is the best way to go. When I found out that stuff exsisted I was amazed!!! It will also keep it from creasing and smudging. I use the Mary Kay Eye Primer because you can use it with other Brands like Mac.

Try a Primer and see how that works. Also a little tube goes a long way!

well think about this "you get what you pay for" and with taht said...you cant get a good eyeshadow for like $3-$5...you just cant...first off i worked at The Body Shop wich is like bath and body works only our stuff is way more organic and natural...not to mention non alcohol based...what helps an eye shadow stay on longer is a primer base...for your eye lids...you can find a product called "lightening touch" at the body shop...that works great with eye shadows...it helps it from formin a crease too...their eye shadows arent bad either...i would say they are 2nd best...following MAC make up...oh and you want to use brushes when applyin eye shadow...bc when using ur fingers...ever notice that it mainly styas on ur fingers? well ya...hope that was good enough....

although its a bit expensive.. MAC is amazing and they have the largest viarity of colors.. anything from looking natural to the most dramatic colors... so i would suggest that... they are amazing.. a kit of 4 will cost you about 35$ but it is sooo worth it.. if not, a single one will be 14$ i think... so0 good luck!

Use MAC pigments instead..they last as long as you want them to last. I use my fingertip instead of a brush...for a dramatic look wet your fingertip and then dip into the pigment. I buy them from ebay (1/4 of a table spoon- SAMPLE) it lasts about 25 - 30 uses...and trust me u need just a bit...it goes a LOOOOOOOONG way..I am so happy I tried them!
