Just the ship not galactus him self, what would win?

Galactus' ship is one of the most advanced ships ever. It was designed with Watcher Equipment/technology.

The Death Star (1) had a tractor beam and could destroy planets and was a dangerous weapon, but had weak defenses

Death Star (2) had a force field and an energy blaster, but could not move and was stationary around a planet.

Death Star (2) would have been no match for Taa2, and as was revealed in an issue of Secret Wars, Taa2 can convert a planet into energy, my $$ would be on Taa2

The Taa2 is much, much bigger than the Death Star 9the size of a planet, vs. a moon.) ThTaa2 is able to absorb a lot more punishment from the Death Star rather than theother way around., larger size translates into heavier armor, or a more dispersed structure, so that the Death Star would not be able to hit enough critical targets to make a difference. What’s more, the Death Star is not sentient AI as the Taa2 is. So the Death Star could not fight very effectively without a crew (which is what you need, to make the sides fair, right?). Taa2 rules, Death Star goes down in flames. Maybe Taa2 would alert Galactus, so in case there was any crew aboard the Death Star, it could be Galactus’ after-dinner snack.
