I get the caffeine jitters sometimes, it depends on my mood I guess. I don't think that there is really anything that you can do about it. And I found out recently that decaf even has 4 grams of caffeine in it, so really there is no such thing as decaf. Try taking Chromium Picolinate. It is a vitamin that you can get off of PuritansPride.com. It is supposed to help you refrain from sugar (caffeine) cravings.

No, but it does sometimes give me the jitters, especially when I take energy supplements. So, I try to limit my consumption.
