Detroit Lions.
(pause for pity and laughter)
The Lions have needs just about everywhere. I've heard that OT Joe Thomas might be a possibility with the #2 choice, but I, as an avid Big 10 wonk, do not feel that he is a truly elite tackle. Good, yes. But not worthy of the #2 choice.
A quarterback would make sense as well. I prefer Brady Quinn to JaMarcus Russell primarily because I feel that Russell has a good chance of being something of a bust and, if he ends up successful, he will need a few years. (let's not forget that LSU fans were clamoring for Matt Flynn in the offseason).
I know that Matt Millen has been hung out to dry about taking wide receivers with top ten picks three years running between 2003 and 2005 (and deservedly so). However, if either Charles Rogers or Mike Williams had been even decent, the selections would not seem so absurd. Calvin Johnson will be more than decent. He will be fabulous. A tandem of Calvin Johnson and Roy WIlliams would be a major boon to any signal caller the Lions put under center. If the Lions do not feel Quinn is a franchise QB, #21 should be the pick.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Depending on where they'll pick (either 3 or 4 because of the coin flip w/ the Browns), I'm hoping they'll end up with Calvin Johnson. Michael Clayton has pretty much been a bust at WR and Joey Galloway is getting older, so they need a young, valid WR. As far as further down in the draft they've needed an offensive line for awhile now so anybody in those positions or possibly a linebacker considering Derrick Brooks and Co. isn't getting any younger on the defense side.
Let's just say we need a little bit of everything.

Steelers:
1. Leon Hall, CB, Michigan. Ike Taylor and McFadden are decent CB's, but not fit to be #1. So Townsend will be that person for Hall's rookie year. But come 2008. Hall is in.
2. Jarvis Moss, DE, Florida. This is quite a stretch. Projected late 1st Round. But if he is available, it will take 5 seconds for the coaches to pick this kid, Keisel isn't getting it done.
3. Sidney Rice, WR, South Carolina. This might be a stretch too. Steelers need a Slot Receiver, Wilson is a utility.
4. Rufus Alexander, OLB, Oklahoma. This guy is great, he was awesome in the Fiesta Bowl. He could play any LB position and serve as a great injury replacement.
5. Brian Leonard, FB, Rutgers. Tomlin wants someone behind Parker to complement him, this is the one. Power and Speed, like Bettis.
6. Josh Beekman, OG, Boston College. O-Line's depth is weak.
7. Dustin Fry, C, Clemson. With Hartings gone, another Center won't hurt.

The New York Giants-They need a lot of help for a team that should have been getting beat by the colts in this past SB instead of The Bears.
1) If i have to Live with Coach "Tommy Nails" Coughlin, then we need some LB's that can Wrap up and tackle somebody(Besides AP who is awesome, but can't do the Job by himself).
2) An OT to Protect poor lil Eli, or else Archie's boy will be spendin Lots MORE time on his tushie then last year.
3) a Speedy little Back to replace Tiki(not that you can ever replace him) I like Jacobs,..but someone has to fill the "fast as Lightning role"
4) Hire me as the Personnel man(replacing Jerry Reese who was promoted to GM) Because i have been training all my life for just such a job

DA BEARS!!!!....seriously, what don't we have?
Haha, but I think we need another solid offensive lineman, probably a tackle. I also think picking up Greg Olsen (Tight End)out of Miami would be a good pick because with the exception of some games last year, Desmond Clark hasn't been playing great and he's getting old. And I also think we need another linebacker (no matter how weird that sounds with 2 Pro Bowl linebackers) to give us some depth behind Hunter Hillenmeyer and possibly Lance Briggs cause we designated him as a franchise player but he still has a chance to leave after the 2007 season. Maybe Paul Posluszny (spelling?) out of Penn State would work for us.
So to sum up, we really don't NEED anything but we could use an offensive tackle, a tight end, and a linebacker (for depth).

My favorite team is the J-ville Jaguars and we have a pretty good team. I think we need to address the WR position because Ernest Wilford,Reggie Williams, and Matt Jones need to improve more. We should get a more smaller agile deep threat such as Ted Ginn from Ohio state or Sidney Rice from south Carolina.
we could also use a more complex safety such as Reggie Nelson from Florida. We also need help on the O-line but i think we can handle that in free agency.

as a bucs fan i'm going to answer what the other said...
i'm not sure they need everything, brooks is still an effective linebacker and i think ryan nece will be excellent with time, as will jermaine phillips and will allen at safety...they need to bring a veteran quarterback to push simms, i'm not saying to play, but just to put some pressure on him and let him know that he's not being handed the job...and they need to draft calvin johnson for sure, as well as get some significant help on the offensive line
the other two things they need to do are get a playcaller in there and save this offense from jon gruden, as well as get a player personnel guy because bruce allen is the worst GM in history

The Packers are easily my favorite team. Alot of guys have them taking Marshawn Lynch which I wouldnt mind. The guy I really want them to take is Dwayne Jarrett. They probably wont though. but we need another receiver. We could also use a tight end but I dont know if theres a Vernon Davis out there this year.

My favorite team is the Detroit Lions and I am hoping they will get Drew Stanton in the third round. I agree with there thoughts on improving their offensive and defensive line, but they need a quarterback who won't throw very many interceptions. If they could get Stanton third round that would be awesome.

Chargers need help @ WR and S for starters (well not starting for WR, but WR back-ups play more often than other positions) and more depth @ both lines (O-line we might loose dielman and on D Jamal's not getting any younger) and LB core (we lost Donnie, might loose Godfrey ---if we have any injuries we might be screwed since the back-ups are now starters).
Vikings need help at WR desperately, and some kind of pass-rush threat (probably at DE, though K. Williams get decent rush for a DT -----back up Ray Edwards looks to have lots of potential) -------as it we have a talented secondary so it was the lack of pressure that made out pass-D suck (also that we were passed on so much it inflated the #s, our yards-allowed-per-pass weren't that bad). ------------as for WR it should be #1 priority unless the rumor of trading for Larry Fitzgerald is true (who I would rather have than a rookie who needs to prove himself).
