now my foreskin only comes up about half way the head and when im cold of course all around maybe not sure....am i just being paraniod any help please..now i am 18

it sounds exactly as it should be, your mother did you a favour in taking good care of you, i bet your foreskin was stuck to your head and not fully retracting over it, its important she did that to help you out now your older, its exactly how it should be.

You have an incomplete separation of the foreskin, pulling it back for hygiene would not have caused it. You need to talk to a doctor about it, it should be able to retract right back over the head

she might have damaged your foreskin.you might need to stretch it a little.you can damage the foreskin by retracting it before it is ready.
