As you said, it all depends on personal preferences. What is best for you, it`s not for me.
I would say California has a quite good climate but I don`t even live in the USA. I`ve there many times, to different parts both in the West and the East Coast.

The farther south frequently the hotter. The closer to the sea the extra consistent the temperature. Florida could be sturdy. Southern California is likewise sturdy. San Diego or long sea coast could be nice. regardless of the undeniable fact that it relies upon upon the process learn as to which college could be perfect.

Colorado. 300 days of sunshine. 4 very distinct seasons. Plenty of moisture and plenty of dry weather. No threat of major natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, tsunami waves), though there is occasional tornadoes and of course blizzards (ooooh, i have to stay locked up in my nice warm house for a few days). That being said, SSSHHHHH, don't tell anyone about how nice it is in CO.

I would say that is entirely subjective. Florida and Hawaii are probably more popular than North Dakota and Vermont; but If you ask most North Dakotans if they'd rather live in Hawaii, I promise you that most would say no.
