There were 3,7 and 30 dollar bills issued at the time of the American Revolution according to this site. Also contrary to most of these answers, many larger values up to $100,000 were printed at some point according to wikipedia.

To my knowledge no such bill exists. However, that doesn't mean one never did. Perhaps during the 18th or 19th century they were printed, but I doubt it. To find out for sure, contact a numismatist (a coin and currency expert). They buy from and sell to the public, and there are usually many such shops in large metropolitan areas.
