Every woman is different. Some women get symptoms right away and some women never get symptoms. On average women get symptoms a few weeks after conceiving. Usually the first symptoms are: missed period, nausea, tender breasts, weight gain, etc. Take a test if you think you are pregnant. Good luck!

Hi. You might want to check out a site I was recommended by Narnian Artist - twoweekwait.com - it's a fun site where women who are pregnant post all their symptoms from their day of ovulating to getting their BFP (big fat +!) a few weeks later. It's amazing the amount of immediate symptoms people get - even cold symptoms seem to be a sign of pregnancy - how, I've no idea - never knew about that one! Talking of which, must go and blow my nose!! LOL. It is pretty addictive though so be warned!

Not only every woman is different, but every pregnancy is different. I knew almost immediately with my first pregnancy because of EXTREME breast tenderness.
In my second pregnancy, if it weren't for seeing my baby on the ultrasound monitor, I wouldn't have been convinced I was even pregnant!

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/C29HY
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Depends on the person. With me, 1st I missed my period, then I was extreemly nauseated. But I know people who had their period the whole time like clock work. A friend of mine didn't know at all, she had no sickness, no missed periods, nothing! She just thought she was gaining weight. She went to the doc after the weight was oddly centered only on her belly, that's when she found out.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/Cy1Q9
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
