It won't , not a provable case. Though I have always liked Raffy as a player & I truly hope in my heart he wasn't lying that day, he probably was .

The fact that he tested positive many months later tho, does not constitute proof that he was using at the time he made the statement. It's likely he was, but it is also possible he didn't use until after the statement, & no way to prove otherwise without some irrefutable witness, which is very unlikely
