Humane? I assume you mean a skin blemish and not a small furry burrowing animal? If so I guess you mean painless rather than humane. Surgery with a local anaesthetic is the usual way, but if it really is a small furry animal stuck to your face, just whack it with a stick.

Hi. I had one on my cheek so I burned it off with a cigarette. I had to be careful so it did not scar very severe. I don't reccomend this though. A dermatologist just cuts it off and carterizes it perfect if you have money beyond normal insurance I would think.

Get it cut off. But go to a good doctor, who can do it without too much scarring.
