The US. I was born here, and I'll die here. I'd first abolish the Federal Reserve(because if you research it, you'll understand what a fraud it is). So with that gone, we'll be like the good ol' days (pre-1913). No more income(non-mandatory taxes that don't pay for anything, except the big bank owners' pockets) taxes. Close our borders, abolish all the treasonous laws that GWB has put into effect(patriot act 1 & 2). Supply a well balanced medicare system. Only allow US citizens welfare benefits(if applicable). Be pro-life, pro-guns, keep our military where it needs to be, HERE. Using war as a last ditch effort, instead of invading every country that doesn't pose a threat like a certain someone. Get rid of NAFTA, FEMA and all other militant, worthless govt. sponsored groups that have done nothing but taken our rights away and hurt our economy. No national ID, no RFID chips, and actually listen to the people and not what big businesses say. Stick up for the hard working americans who bust *** with small companies trying to make a living. Pretty much try and make it how our founding fathers wanted it to be.
Oh wait, there's someone who already stands for all that. Presidental canidate Dr. Ron Paul(R) Texas.

I would choose England and sack all the politicians, deport all foreigners back to their own country, chuck Blair,Brown and Livingstone in prison for treason, take the tax off petrol, cancel poll tax and the way I would finance this is by saving on all the benefits and dole money I wont have to pay out to all the foreigners I have deported.
