Okay my computer stopped respondinsg so I did the usual Ctrl + Alt + Del and then what happened was the screen became inverted so like everything's upside down. Its freaking hard to type haha. Please helppppp I have no idea what happened.

Press Ctr + Alt + Up arrow.

3point5 is basically right
Ctrl+Alt+ directional key makes it any certain way on a Dell (only on a Dell)

If it's a convertible tablet PC, try converting the screen the other direction a few times - perhaps a switch/sensor got stuck or misread the position of the screen.

right click the desktop select display goto advanced to display, and reset it to standard, you can also do this a differnt way dependent on your grafix chip

Have you tried restarting the computer since this happened?
