I got rid of my last creditor 10 years ago... haven't look back since... well, except for the mortgage... but ..Data Protection Act eh..?

yes, I have a catalouge firm chasing me for payment, I usually pay when they ring, its the only way I remember, but when they ring they make out like they're my best mate, and just ask is Lianne there, so when I go to the phone they say you have failed to pay £44 this month, they really bug me pretending they know me instead of saying who they actually are, so recently they asked me to confirm my DOB and such to prove I was me before they could take payment from me, they rang me and I had to prove I was me, I told them No as it was my business and not details that I was willing to give over the telephone to somebody I didn't know, they didn't like my answer but couldn't really argue with it !!

when they call, i get the mail address and send them a bill for $280.00 per second of my time on the phone for consultation fees. that's how i got to where i am today.
"pay up or face further action... can you refer me to a good debt collection agency?"
