First Shooting: Well there's a game that helps called around the world. Just set up 5 spots. One on baseline, one foul line extended, and one up top, then on the other side, foul line extended, and baseline. Use chalk to mark the spots if your outdoors and use ummm.... cones for example to mark the spots indoors. (Don't use chalk indoors.)

Another game that could help is the windshield drill. Start about at the elbow on one side and run to the elbow on the other side and have someone pass you the ball. Then run back to the starting side and keep going back and forth, receiving the ball and shooting.

For like layups and also hookshots do the "Mikan Drill". That's when you stand where you would jump up for a layup. Shoot the ball from there, then run to the same angle on the other side and shoot. TIP: Always aim for whatever you do when you do a layup. The best place to aim at is the top corner of the square.

Rebounding: Throw the ball off the backboard and pretend you're boxing someone out, jump up and catch it. Then go up with the shoot.

Dribbling: Go around one leg without dribbling. Then the other. Then do a figure 8 without dribbling. Then do a dribbling figure 8. Practice crossovers. and behind the back dribbling.

Passing: Pass to someone or a hard wall (make sure you are aloud to throw a ball at the wall first, though.)

Ball Handling.- some drills for this are circling around each leg for a min. w/ ball looking up. speed dribbling.- just run in a straight line dribbling as fast as you can alot of times and it will improve your dribbling alot. foul shots.-line what ever side of your body you shoot with op to the pole of the hoop(elbow,leg,arm-in shooting position.)try to keep this in line when you shoot and try to make as many as you can in a row untill your confident you can do it. run michigans alot because if your not a good runner it's hard to keep up. practic shootin with your hands above your head.... it's way hard at first but keep trying. I just pratice shooting every day. ask your coach if your doing every thing right and maybe he can help you too. (sorry, if my drills are not challanging to you... you can look up drills online too.)

you're a factor shelter huh? So replaced into I at school. I heard that steve nash used to dribble a tennis ball around college, an spectacular thank you to prepare no longer observing the ball. And it helps you reside low. Play on highway courts. with adult men that play tough. adult men extra effectual than you. watch how they shelter the ball. you need to consistently have your self between the ball and the defender. As for taking pictures, once you shoot around, prepare game pictures. dribbling between the two guards in the two-3 zone and hitting that throughout the time of between shot. prepare working one handers and lob pictures. Visualize the place human beings would be once you shoot. desire to work out the prototype factor shelter, look at previous tapes of Isaiah Thomas.
