some one has used my bank card to buy 2 lots of this frostwire.costing in total over 80 pounds.this is why i was asking how to get my money bk.i got no help from them directly.

Get on to the bank directly. Most banks have anti-fraud measures that should prevent things like this. Make a list of all the sites you used your card on over the past few weeks, take it to the bank and get them to do the work for you.
More and more banks dont like to be assosiated with sites that able to be hacked and numbers stolen and often refuse to continue letting particular sites use there facilities.
You may find that the bank themselves will reimburse you under there anti on-line fraud policy.
First of all though.
CANCEL YOUR CARD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they have done it once, there gonna do it again.
