I've seen a bedroom done in dusky pink (walls). Royal blue curtains, white ceiling and doors. It looked lovely. You could also try lilac and pale blue with pale petrol blue. They have some candles in Asda in these colours. Go in and see what you think when you try them together.

White walls and ceiling. Pale ( pastel ) blue baseboards and crown. Darker blue on door frames and window frames with matching curtains and bed cover. Look for curtains and bedcover first, then match the paint to it. Frame the fireplace in dark blue as well.

what ever you do, do not do wall paper. If you have too . . . use only the boarder. It think it would be cool to do a princess ice theme or the clouds . . . something that would give you a ice cool blue theme with the white.

White ceiling, white trim and doors, mid to dark saturated colour on the walls... rich, warm, awesome.

If you put dark paint color on the walls make sure the paint has a sheen...(satin or semi-gloss) Dark blue FLAT paint on the walls it gets really scared up from anything white (i.e. socks, shirts, cleaning rags). Flat dark blue wall paint was one of my worst mistakes.
