I was wondering if there was a html code to either delete or blank out an entire page on a message board using the reply button if a user has posted something offensive or any such thing. I know I've seen this done before, but I cannot find the code anywhere. Help?

There would be no HTML code for this. Doing something like what you want is beyond the scope of HTML - it would be functionality added to the web server application.
Basically, you've have to have something on the back-end processing of the message board or something in Javascript to scan their input and then take appropriate action.
