That's easy. Clip art is usually B&W art of any kind cartoon, type fonts also borders that you can scan or copy for cards brochures even for scrap booking. For example, maybe you want to make a party announcement card and the theme of your party is lifes a beach. And maybe you need to get it done yesterday. no worries go to your computer or If you have a greeting card program type in beach clip art and taaadaa there you go. Also I've seen clip art programs of many varities that you can purchase and download on your computer at your local Barne's and Noble book store. I hope this was a help to you good luck and no worries

Clip-art is just the generic images that most programs come with. For example, there can be a clip-art picture of a dog. It would look like nothing special, just a cartoon dog.

Clip Art is a category you can find on your computer under "insert" at the top of your Windows menu....It is a 'catalog' of sorts that has many, many things you can download to any document - such as a heart, say, for a Valentine's letter you may wish to write; or a 'closed' sign - to post on your office door...

Spin through it and see for yourself.
