Her mom is threating me about messing me up saying that her daughter doesn't know better, but she knew I was married before all this and I believe she is old enough to do what she pleases and she's pregnant, of course I'm assuming responsability for the child but her mom wants to destroy me I guess, any suggestions?

Your an ***...that all that can be done to you for your actions..there is no law that says you can't cheat on your wife, but you look like an idiot for doing so..break it off with your wife,, you for sure don't love her...

The punishment for adultry is the guilt you will feel when you have to tell your wife that not only did you sleep with another woman but she's pregnant too. And it sounds like this mother is going to put you through Hell for knocking up her daughter.
Seriously, you should have thought about how your affair was going to affect all parties involved. Yes, this girl is considered "old enough" to make her own decisions. But when you were 19, did you make the best decisions? Look at all the drama created with what seemed like a harmless affair that no one would find out about. Affairs are never harmless, and someone always finds out!

Are your concerns that her mom will destroy you by revealing to your wife about your relationship with her daughter? This is the only way I can see she will have any power to cause problems for you. If this is the case, then you can see how she sees this as an indication of you not wanting to leave your wife and are only using her daughter. Try to see the situation through her mother's eyes and you will then understand why she is upset. True, her daughter is of age to be considered an adult, but she sure is not acting like one. For her to carelessly involve herself with a married man and then have a child from him amazes me. This could have been a ploy on her part to have you leave and divorce your wife. Her mother probably sees that there is no future for her daughter by her continuing involving herself with a married man. Unless you have good intentions and plan to divorce your wife then I side with her mom. Her daughter is in for nothing but disappointment and heartache. Your taking responsibility for the child? Let's see:
You cheat on your wife
You don't use protection when you have sex
You put your wife's health in jeopardy by not using a condom
You haven't been responsible to anyone yet. I doubt you will start now. All you have been is concerned about what your needs are and getting them met.
What's the punishment? A lifetime of damaged people in your life. I guess that's their punishment for being associated with you.

you are a married man and yet still you see nothing wrong with having a relationship with a 19yrs old. what about your wife? how will she feel? I'm not too sure what the punishment is or if there is one for a 19years old, but seems to me like you already know this is wrong. otherwise you wouldn't be asking about punishments.
its not a matter of she being old enough to do what she pleases, it a matter of you knowing better to have leave her alone.

Years ago the punishment was jail. It was illegal to commit adultery. Also the person that committed adultery would get nothing out of the divorce. Adultery is complex these days with all the porn and even ignoring your spouse is considered adultery. Anyhow...you should have never cheated.
Try to work it out with your wife.

Well your married and have another girl pregnant. If you plan on staying with your wife you should have taken precautions to make sure you did not get your girl friend pregnant. Some girls know what one should do at 12 and other girls can be in 20's and still not know what to do.. How would you fell if your baby girl got pregnant to a married man. What would you feel. I think you my very well feel as her mom feels. You want to have sex with woman/girls your not married to but married get fixed so you can't make baby's

You have a lot on your plate. I don' think you will go to jail or anything for commiting adultery you just have to be ready to answer to a higher power on judgement day. Well all I can say is continue to care for girlfriend to make sure shes not stressed and to make sure the baby will be healthy and make sure the baby is taken care when it gets here and please get a divorce from your current wife and then her mom can't say a thing.

The worst thing that could happen is you will lose everything you have (money, house, car) if your wife decides to leave you and get a divorce...as far as the other girls mom...she is just blowing smoke....Her daughter made the choice to sleep around with a married man (dumb girl)..so whatever happens your BOTH to blame

Adultery is not illegal. There is nothing the mother can do it terms of pressing charges. Once her daughter became 18 she was no longer the responsibility nor answerable to her mother.
That doesn't change the fact that you are a douche.
