It varies by state. We got historic in NY for a 1959. In MD they must be 50 years old. 25 is classic but not antique. You will have to check with your state DMV, online, for WS

I don't think you can get a antique tag for a commercial truck in any state...check with the Wisconsin dept of motor vehicles to be sure though.

Boats & Boating, section of the DMV so...... Why ask here?
