France, USA, Russia and Wales all seem to have good tunes.

Some of the South American ones are quite nice. From listening to the Formula 1 or the Olympics and other worldwide sporting events one gets to hear a good few. When I hear the Russian anthem, even though I don't know the words, I feel a real tingle down my spine. Its really powerful. The same with the Marseillaise (ever watched Casablanca, when the singer sings it in the bar to spite the Germans and the whole bar joins in?)
I think each country's national anthem is beautiful because of the history it carries with it. I like the American one (being part American) and the Austrian ones (including all the ones the Germans have knicked off us throughout history) because I'm part Austrian too and the Spanish one is cute too.
I'm going to nominate the Italian one though, because its tinckly and happy and not so martial as some other ones.

I like Italy's alot. Finland too. Of course, USA and Britain too. France reluctantly yes. Brazil has a great national anthem. Can't think of others that I like but I'm sure there are.

Well, I love mine (Irish!) because I can sing it and nobody can understand me :P and because for those who CAN understand it, the words are really noble and heroic. And some stupid people now say it's politically incorrect and insulting to people whom it had nothing to do with at the start, so I like singing it to annoy them too.

ours - star spangled banner coz our country is the land of the free and home of the brave! never heard the rest though.
